Sheria Irving is a dynamic educator, artist, and founder whose life’s work sits at the intersection of purpose, power, and possibility. As the visionary behind Shaping Her Earth — a national movement dedicated to cultivating the voices, leadership, and brilliance of young women of color — Sheria has spent her career creating sacred spaces for mentorship, healing, and generational change.

A proud graduate of Florida State University, Sheria holds degrees in Economics and Political Science, and later earned her Master’s in Education while teaching in the South Bronx through Teach For America. She went on to study acting at the prestigious Yale School of Drama. As a critically acclaimed actress, Sheria’s work spans Broadway, stage, and television, where she brings nuance, truth, and radical empathy to every role. Her performances are deeply rooted in her commitment to storytelling as a tool for justice and transformation.

Whether in classrooms, on stage, or leading powerful community gatherings, Sheria’s mission remains the same: to amplify the light in others. Her work is rooted in faith, sustained by sisterhood, and driven by the belief that when we pour into girls, we shape a more just, joyful, and liberated future for all.
